Find your size
To find your correct size, measure your wrist and choose:
Small/Medium (S/M) if your wrist measures less than 15cm/ 5.9in.

Medium/Large (M/L) if your wrist measures 15cm/ 5.9in or more.

Use and care

Made in solid brass with a 14K gold finishing, your Loop/Halo bangle allows you to open and tighten it for the perfect fit. Over time, your loop might become uneven if you open and close it often, but that’s a part of the design.

Your Loop/Halo bangle may lose shine with wear after time. To bring back the original radiance, simply wash the jewelry in warm water with a mild liquid soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly. To remove dirt, gently rub away with a soft cloth.

Original

Original Loop/Halo bangles are sold exclusively at loophalo.com. Each authentic Loop/Halo bangle has a serial number engraved on the inner side of the loop – this serial number is linked with the serial number stated on your Certificate of Authenticity.

Taxes and Duties
Prices may vary depending on your shipping destination. If your country is listed below, all taxes, duties and other fees are included in the product price. No additional fees will be added during or after delivery.

Shipping
Loop/Halo offers free standard shipping globally with DHL and the service Time Definite, giving you full control over how and when your goods are delivered. We may also choose to ship with another freight forwarder if they offer a better service to your destination. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We usually ship orders within 1 business day. Actual delivery time will vary depending on your destination – please see estimated delivery times below. As these timings are based on the nearest city, please note that additional days may be added for remote locations. Delays out of our control may occur.

Payment
We accept all major payment methods including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. You may also find local payment options based on your country. Please see the complete list of available options at checkout.

Loop/Halo never handles any payment details. This is handled by our partners Stripe or Paypal.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. In order for us to approve the return, we kindly ask you to fulfil the below requirements:

– Loop/Halo bangle is not used and in its original condition

– All packaging is intact

– Certificate of Authenticity is included

– Return form is completed correctly

– If you don’t use the enclosed prepaid shipping return label, you must ship the products with a traceable shipping service (at your own cost). If you don’t do this and the packaging is lost, Loop/Halo is not liable.

Once received, please allow our team up to 10 business days to approve your return. Money will be refunded by the same payment method you used to complete the purchase – the actual refund may take another 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
