Loop/Halo is operated by Loop and Halo AB, 559176-5416, Västmannagatan 4, 111 24 Stockholm, Sweden.

You are responsible for providing the correct address for delivery of the products. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Loop/Halo reserves the right to stop the delivery and cancel the order.

When you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have indicated. We ask that you carefully look at the order confirmation and verify that it is correct. If something is not correct or you have not received an order confirmation, please contact Customer Service immediately via customercare@loophalo.com

The prices shown on Loop/Halo reflects the country of shipping destination. Prices will change if you change your shipping destination. For the listed countries below the prices include all taxes, duties and other fees. No additional fees will be added during or after delivery. If you should be charged any local taxes, duties or fees, please contact our Customer Service so we can reimburse you.

For all other countries not listed, you are responsible for paying the local taxes, duties and other fees.

We accept all major payment methods including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. You may also find local payment options based on your country. Please see the complete list of available options at checkout.

Loop/Halo never handles any payment details. This is handled by our partners Stripe or Paypal.

We offer free deliveries worldwide. All shipments are traceable.

We always aim to ship the same day or the day after your order. The actual shipping time will depend on your delivery destination, but it’s normally 2-5 working days.

Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. In order for us to approve the return, we kindly ask you to fulfil the below requirements:

– Loop/Halo bangle is not used and in its original condition

– All packaging is intact

– Certificate of Authenticity is included

– The return form is completed correctly

– If you don’t use the enclosed prepaid shipping return label, you must ship the products with a traceable shipping service (at your own cost). If you don’t do this and the packaging is lost, Loop/Halo is not liable.

Once the return is received, please allow our team up to 10 business days to approve your return. We will refund you as per our refund policy (provision 7).

If contrary to expectations Loop/Halo cannot deliver the goods, you will be contacted immediately, and any amount reserved or paid will be returned to you.

Loop/Halo offers a 30 days return policy, but we are according to law obliged to offer a 14-day cancellation right pursuant to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. The return is free of charge if you use the enclosed return shipping label and return form. Please note that all products must not be used and all packaging must be unbroken. If you want to exercise your Right of cancellation, please contact us at customercare@loophalo.com or +46 8 510 648 00.

Once the return is received, please allow our team up to 10 business days to approve your return. We will refund you as per our refund policy (provision 7).

If you are entitled to a refund, money will be refunded by the same payment method you used to complete the purchase – the actual refund may take another 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

If you have not picked up your package 14 days after delivery, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will deduct actual handling and postage fees before reimbursing the paid product(s).

If the product is defective, you are entitled to lodge a claim provided that it is done within a reasonable time. It is therefore important that you file your claim about the product as soon as you become aware of the defect.

Contact Customer Care at customercare@loophalo.com and enclose the following information:

– Receipt/order confirmation on your purchase.

– Short description of the defect.

– Pictures which clearly show the defect. It is important that at least one picture shows the entire product.

If Loop/Halo decides that you need to send the product back, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the product. If it turns out that your claim is not justified, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping and any shipping back to you.
We will handle your matter within 10 working days from when we receive either your claim or the defective product.

If we accept your claim, we will refund you as per provision 7.

Loop/Halo is the owner of all intellectual property published on this website including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyright, and design. Loop/Halo is either the owner or has the license rights to publish photos, videos, and music on this website. Any use of this content, of any kind, other than for your personal use, is prohibited without the written consent from Loop/Halo.

If you submit ideas for the design of products or content (video, music, photos, etc) of any kind, you waive your right to any compensation if Loop/Halo were to produce or create something identical or similar.

As a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to make a complaint in your own language through the ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

These Terms of Use are subject to Swedish law. All disputes shall be decided in a Swedish court.

The Terms of Use may change in the future without further notice. However, Loop/Halo doesn’t have the right to change Terms of Use on already delivered orders.

This Terms of Use is effective as of 9 November 2018.
